birthday love for philly and california's last days

Just a few days away from leaving california, I'm focused on enjoying my time. Although most of work has been in the desert of Central and Southern California, no kayaking here in September and October, I have had the opportunity to see and experience alot of this state that I may not have seen otherwise. So here's a big shout to this summer and fall's adventures and the excitement of heading home.

Shanna and I have been split-up for our second to last week of work. I'm in So-Cal at a resort and Shanna's in Sequoia National Park at a resort. Tough times, tough times.

On another note, I'd like to send out my love to now 19 year-old brother Philly: you a crazy b#$% but I love ya.

I look forward to seeing you soon Philly. Much love and all the best on your birthday.

yeah bearski. you must have been rolling through this site just after your post.
you should check out the most recent lvmenvironmental article: california water (www.lvmenvironmental.blogspot.com)
drop down a comment about what you think.
i'm looking forward to paddling when i arrive in your neck of the woods.
i've been continually suprised about the lack of comments with each post. what's up with that?
do you like my self portrait by the beach?

i can't believe that's a self-portrait!!! that's awesome, bro!
dunno about the non-comment thing... maybe comments are like change: nobody like to admit it's a great idea sometimes..
hmm...

philly that's hillarious about change. truths, truths.
i'm glad you like your shirt. i bought it at the coolest shop in san fransisco. i think that the ramones were playing when i picked it out. don't know what that means, but hey...better than bjork.
i got another photo you'd like; i'll send it in an email.
